Pros
Wonderful people, overall. To the extent that you are willing to put in the extra work and get outside your comfort zone, upward or other mobility was great while I was there. Because it's small in size, access to senior leadership is more viable.
Cons
Because it's a small firm, much hinges on contract wins for work and (therefore) job stability and opportunity. This is a problem area for TCI. Also, rebranding and corporate vision is confusing, mixing defense services with a diversification into areas that don't seem to make sense at all (random energy ventures?). Also, they seem to be a little gratuitous on their achievements. Yes, they have really dedicated, hard-working, good people, but this doesn't necessarily translate to "world class" or "elite", terms they like to throw around. On-boarding process needs work and is variable.
