Pros
Working at Teldon provides a great foot in the door to a career in sales. With no shortage of talent and experience in various departments you will be able to learn a plethora of relevant skills. Learning to craft a perfect email and have a productive conversation over the phone are sales fundamentals. They also teach the importance of follow up and persistence. The culture is among the best with plenty of activities ( ping pong, full gym, make fun of AG, etc..) to keep you busy when you need a break or just enjoy slacking off as i do :) The benefits package is something I really appreciated in retrospect as well as there are a tonne of perks to utilize.
Cons
As it is a stepping stone company for a future successful sales person, the money just isn't there.
