Instantly made to feel welcome and that my ideas were important - a lot of my processes and procedures in my specific area were implemented and very proud that it increased productivity.
You are treated as a human being, collaboration across teams was excellent and the job got done for the customer. Your work day wasn't a dreaded one, it was exciting going to work.
