Lack of leadership, lack of accountability from bosses, lack of mutual respect from bosses, whilst there is a little bit of training there is not much of a formal training program, be prepared to continuously train yourself in most things, only the promise of but no growth opportunities, very minimal follow through with promises/commitments (carrot/stick culture), lack of great benefits (only offers dental, vision and health), if you get sick or injured FMLA is not offered.
