Management: Concerns about the qualifications and effectiveness of the CPO, leading to a general lack of trust, integrity, and empathy towards employees. Difficulty communicating effectively and working collaboratively with teams. Culture: Promotions and pay raises based on personal connections rather than performance merit. Company values seem more like statements than guiding principles. Questioning business decisions usually leads to termination!! High Turnover: Consistent feedback from leavers is this is one of the worst companies they've worked for. Not recommended unless you have extreme tolerance for a toxic work environment.
