Cons
Currently, there is high turnover rate in executive leadership roles. This causes a trickle-down of confusion and uncertainty and the directions/goals of the organization do not stay on a steady course for too long. Middle management is burdened with the unenviable task of consistently rallying the troops and implementing short-term changes that never stick for more than six months.
