Pros
The work itself wasn’t too bad, and I gained some useful experience. There were opportunities to travel and learn new skills. It can be a decent transition role for someone looking to gain industry exposure.
Cons
There was a lot of travel and the management was unappreciative, rude, and often unprofessional. The environment could be very stressful, and employees were not treated well. Compensation didn’t match the workload or expectations. Overall, not a place I’d recommend for a long-term career.
