      Small company. Nice owner. Some nice perks

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in IT. Seems like the management doesn't understand the roadmap. Lotta bullying at IT department. I was bullied everyday and I didn't do anything to them fearing losing my job. Seems like management has their favorites and your job could be terminated anytime without warning. worked for 8 months and I was looking for job after 6. I literally hated going to work for their work environment.

      If you like being busy, there is never a shortage of work that needs to be done. It has been a pleasure to see great minds at work!

      Great work life balance Friendly colleagues Great pay

      Cons

      More managers than employees No set direction for company. Management flops between what they want to sell 3 layoffs within the last year and none of them were management 401k match is the worst. don’t match until the following year along with high management fees Does not take advice and ideas from staff to grow
