Pros

Nice supervisors. Nice people. Helped me get administration back on my resume after a hiatus.

Cons

The company is owned by Map Communications. There you are just a number. Your needs are not taken into consideration. Because this is a call center, every minute is divided into a $. They figure for every minute that you're not working, the company is not making money. This includes going to the washroom - which is timed.

There are always hours to work if you want them, and the hours are flexible.

Maintaining stats can be challenging, and it can be difficult to move up.

A paycheck and consistent hours

Cons

They will overwhelm you with work and praise you for doing a good job until corporate finds one small mistake and fires you without warning.
