Pros
I was laid off last year after a lot of years with the company. The layoff I was part of seemed to include a large number of older and/or highly paid workers. Sometimes cutting costs also cuts your most knowledgeable workers. - Good benefit programs - Great people to work with
Cons
- People are being given more work than they can get done and be effective - Review processes are way too complicated - Losing a lot of knowledge with the layoffs
