      Pros

      The team and people there are great. They have great benefits and as an entry level engineer I learned a lot there.

      Cons

      Performance review cycles take 5-6 months to complete. Management sometimes makes decisions without consulting those that should be giving input.

      Pros

      Extremely smart engineers in Oregon, generally has a decent culture, invincible brand name

      Cons

      Company profit isn't being reinvested into itself, parent company controls all profit. This can be seen in lack of NPIs.
