Goals are near impossible to achieve without cheating. Lack of support in parts, equipment, other departments . Upper management is just blah blah like reading a script they don't even believe in. Lack of advancement and mostly abandoned campus makes you believe that some day they will ship it to China and lay off everyone. Don't drink the coolaid here.
