      Pros

      Has stabilized the past few years from the prior annual layoff cycle of the Danaher days. Summer hours are great. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      In a slow growing industry. Most growth is through M&A not through investments in core business.

      Extremely smart engineers in Oregon, generally has a decent culture, invincible brand name

      Cons

      Company profit isn't being reinvested into itself, parent company controls all profit. This can be seen in lack of NPIs.
