Hostile and Short term vision management style. - Developer Tektronix Employee Review

I've ruminated for last 3 years about posting about my experience at Tektronix. I feel almost traumatized in ways. Tektronix treats people like temps. There is No investment in careers of employees nor of future of business. Short term vision decision making. Hostile management style. Everyone is on edge, sarcastic and negative. Not a good place for personal growth or career growth. Left me feeling hollow when I left like I had been walking amongst zombies. I'd never suggest to anyone that they should accept a position here unless I really didn't like them.
