life/work balance, decent pay. Flexible for the most part schedule.
Cons
Don't be more passionate about the success of tektronix than your manager or have a higher sense of urgency in taking care of the customer, than your manager. If you are, keep it to yourself or you be labeled as negative and ostracized. No matter how frustrated you get about equipment, processes, incompetent employees, it will be ignored until of course there's risk of losing a big customer. Smile and roll with it.
