      Pros

      The people that work here are pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Absolutely ZERO opportunities for professional growth with even less concern or involvement by management. Well... unless you count "more work" as "growth opportunities", in which case this place has TONS of opportunities. I've wasted YEARS of my life here and, while I have only myself to blame, feel a little conned by all the "next year will be better" promises I've held on to.

      Culture Team Collaboration Most Benefits

      Cons

      Could use more investments in the workplace (outdated with deferred maintenance). Recent history of under-investing in New Products. This is changing, but well behind competitors. Extreme expense management for a consistent amount of time leads to a noticeable drop in innovation and innovative spirit.
