A best place to settle , in the year starting company asks for your development plan and growth, and they conduct quarterly meeting development plan. Work pressure is average, not too much pressure, timings are flexible.
Cons
In the year end u wont get full variable pay, most of the time u end up in fixing defects, presently they are creating new UI design in QT, it brings a lot of work i guess,
