Pros
There is no Transparency in the HR team,They hide behind DL and shoot mail to the employee.Been released 4 months now still there is no FNF done.Still there is same answer saying we need 1 week to process this FNF.God knows what they did for 45 days after been released.My thinking was to get the things straight and working they take 45 days of time to do FNF but no. They need 45+45+as long as they need DAYS to complete one FNF.
Cons
Every thing is Down Side. Salary is credited after 8th of every month if that 8th Comes on weekend or holiday then more delayed. The promised package is never given and there are any policy changes the employee gets affected directly and not the profit of the Company very strange. Salary is always changed in figures. Leave balance is very tricky. Have request the HR team every time to know how much is the leave balance and how my salary is deduced even after having leave balance ... Now I am struggling to get in touch with the HR team.As the no are changed and the HR did not thing of sharing there new contact no . Very bad experience ever. My suggestion contact the HR from the company where you are deployed and get the company changed and join as there is no way anyone is having anything positive to share here. The few positive review are from the internal employees and not the ON CONTRACT employees.
