Pros
- Great People, seriously....don't know how they do it. - Freedom to work, and manage yourself - Upper management notices if you do your job right, put in the effort - You get rewarded for hard, smart and honest work
Cons
- They also reward some not so hard workers - Tend to turn a blind eye to under performing employees - The end goal is to make money, no matter how many people suffer - If you don't make a concerted effort to get ahead your stuck
