      Flex hours can be used to take complete days off. Free gym.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough to keep the good ones, which means the company loses some of their good ones every year.

      The manager didn't have the proper knowledge The upper manager in the U.S. was strict on being in the office by 8:00 sharp. They didn't care if you would leave late at night from work.
