You terminate if you go washroom You terminate if you left or right You terminate if you make friends in company You terminate if you discuss outside company about Company One of my friends terminate because one of the employees ask they discuss salary

Only coms in this company i dont think there is a pro to work in this company

- little conjusted office built on terrace of home (yes i know you will see a large company on social media posts but its their strategy to attract candidates ) - lots of stress and burden - They will act like they purchase you - They can hold you salary for no reason (in case of any disagreement) - if you get late you can be punished for standing or doing jumba - You will be pointed out for washroom breaks - Everyone wants to build good image in eyes of boss by degrading other employees - Very bad management - wrong promotions they will give manager title to an employee who has only one year of experience and that employee will start degrading you - Boss will only listen to his old emoloyees if i will say in punjabi i can use word layi lag for him. - they will give you growth in salary in 6 months but after it treats you like they purchase you - your job is not enough you have to please the boss by doing anything else than your work for growth and long journey in this company - boss can terminate you for no reason at all and would not give you notice period - good ratings on social sites are by new joinees as they provide them task to post reviews on joining and nobody can say bad on first day of joining - 5 day working but you have to work continuously no rest or break - you can survive in this company if you looks smart and know how to show that you r doing work without doing anything
