Pros

Flexible leave policy Weekend off Good medical benefits

Cons

Hike is almost a big NO no matter how you perform. No awards/recognition. Management has no clue what to do with employees. Manager role is mostly with people who came in some lower roles in the hierarchy and over the time got promoted to manager role and doesn't really know how to manage. It's no surprise in Tekion that someone gets double promotion this month and next month they are fired. Rating and appraisal has no connection.

Pros

From the hiring process through onboarding, the experience has been exceptionally streamlined and well organized. Interviews were easy to schedule, communication was clear, and expectations were set early. Once I started, the training structure, system integrations, and support channels were already in place and easy to navigate, which made the transition seamless. The team is strongly aligned around vision and goals, and that alignment shows up in how efficiently projects and collaboration move forward. The benefits package is the best I’ve experienced in my career, which reinforces that the company invests in its people. Overall, there’s a strong sense of innovation and forward thinking, particularly around AI and product development, and it’s clear why Tekion is reshaping the automotive technology space.

Cons

As with many fast-growing and innovative companies, priorities can shift quickly, which requires adaptability and comfort with change. The pace can be high in growth-oriented roles, and individuals who thrive here are those who are comfortable moving quickly and adjusting as the company continues to scale.
