Initially, the company environment was welcoming, and I was excited to work here. The job offers an opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in the industry. Co-workers are generally supportive and collaborative.
Cons
The management doesn't prioritize work-life balance. Despite having a 3 PM shift, the co-owners expect you to stay until 2 or 3 AM, which is unreasonable. Requesting time off feels like an impossible task, and approval seems like you're asking for three months' worth of salary. Salary payments are consistently delayed by two months, which is a major concern. The current sales team is not performing, and there seems to be no action from the management to address this or improve sales. There's a heavy micromanagement culture, with monitoring tools installed on workstations. Many employees have left in the past year, including some highly skilled workers. The work culture becomes especially difficult for married employees, as the long hours and delays in pay make personal life challenging.
