      Cons

      There is no management team, its a sole proprietor indian business. Integrity is the foremost missing value here. Check the website you will not see any team or peoples names or photos. No further elaboration needed.

We have physical offices at these cities. You can check out website and various ways to identify the same (www.tekmonks.com). You seem to have confused some other organisation or there is a very inappropriate misconception. You have joined in this timeline of Covid so obviously you did not got the opportunity to visit our offices. Our offices are open to visit as required basis.       Pros

      Lots of freedom to share your own ideas / thoughts and collaborate Great learning opportunity on upcoming security paradigms such as Zero Trust Friendly and Respectable colleagues / management.

      Cons

      We are all growing, so theres always something to learn - but with this company I feel that if there is an issue, its resolved in a timely manner and then all the management ensures it doesn't happen again, so genuinely cant think of any cons :D

      Growth Opportunities Ability to reach management directly via email Has a startup feel without being a startup...

      Cons

      Slow process for things in Marketing as pends due to internal issues in terms of final approvals and then finding the correct developers/designers/content. However, fingers crossed that with some of the new processes being set into place we will be able to speed that up.
