Salary never on time Most of projects are support and no learnings Management is handled by single family and is complete biased and full politics Management supports mostly north people and don't care for locals.fresher are recruited only from indore and Nagpur and people from Hyderabad are ignored. No benefits and team dinner happens rarely with budget of 500. Managers try to save that also for company. Management forces new joiners to write positive review and increase the rating. Most of the positive reviews are by them only. Overall outlook is very negative no projects.
