      Pros

      I was in the credit section of the bank and was responsible for reviewing credit files and paying loans. Credits in Tejarat Bank are highly calculated and are done according to regulations.

      Cons

      Credit health was not observed in sections and branches, as a result, it led to an increase in outstanding claims.
