- Toxic and poor leadership: the CEO exhibited bullying behavior, often calling me and other employees out in front of colleages, which created a toxic atmosphere of fear and intimidation. - Unprofessional behavior: frequent yelling and rude tone of voice in front of others creating a hostile work environment. -Lack of communication: plans I worked hard to create for events were often changed without notice, leaving me unprepared and undermining my efforts.
