Loved my time working at TeePublic.

Less good moral after RedBubble acquisition

There aren’t any pros for this company. Having a paycheck is it.

This company is a sinking ship. There are multiple layoffs a year to cut costs. They got rid of holiday bonuses. They outsource multiple positions to Romania and the Philippines. India will be next. There are constant lies from leadership. When you ask the hard hitting questions in the town halls, they get glossed over or you’re told to not ask them. I don’t see this company lasting another year. If they do, it’s because they’ve fired all of their current employees and the marketplaces are run by outsourced workers. There’s no loyalty. Cold and corporate would be a good way to describe leadership. I’m still an employee but will be leaving as soon as possible.
