Rude and disrespectful leadership - Web Developer Tecture Employee Review

There were a lot of really interesting projects, ranging from finance, music, healthcare, and more. We had a lot of liberty to be creative and inventive in our solutions and designs, and were able to try out new technologies. I was interested in Angular and was able to attend a conference. The coworkers were also good and fun.

There was a rough patch, which might explain the poor reviews. I think things will be better moving forward.

The challenging tasks are interesting for me and contribute to my growth

The weak leadership of Tecture is the reason why this company hasn't experienced any significant growth. Our leaders here have no clear direction for the company. They keep giving employees more projects and tasks to do, but we never get any significant increase in our compensation or improvement in the workplace.
