      Pros

      Good company well respected in our industry. Tectran offers the ability to work independently in a strong and growing business. Tectran is also very flexible around work schedules which allows for a nice work / life balance.

      Cons

      If there is anything it would be that the current job market is quite challenging given the difficulties with COVID-19. It is difficult to find and retain quality people, although this is not a Tectran specific problem in the current hiring environment.

      Pros

      Being able to have a flexible schedule and put family first and not have to worry about a job as it will be there.

      Cons

      They could do better at recognizing job description to what you really do day to day and update title's to what the employee actually does
