Easy job no longevity - Picker/Packer Tectran Employee Review

Being able to have a flexible schedule and put family first and not have to worry about a job as it will be there.

They could do better at recognizing job description to what you really do day to day and update title's to what the employee actually does

They have decent benefits. If you're a slacker this is the place you want to work

Very toxic environment. Alot of favoritism & unfair practices. The company doesn't really care about employee safety or happiness.
