Hello New-York and thanks for taking the time to write-up the review and share your feedback. The growth is crazy, isn’t it? In the last year alone, we’ve hired 226 new employees across North-America. Professional Services, Technical Services, Cloud, Customer Care, Research and Development and Sales, to name a few. All of these departments have seen significant growth. We take it as a sign that we’re doing something right! It’s a combination of having great products, employing creative, dynamic and hard working individuals and always striving to take the customer experience to the next level. Of surprise, is your comment regarding middle management becoming self-serving. Do you really feel they are serving their own interests ahead of yours and those of others on the team?
