      Pros

      Lots of cool people with strong personalities. There's always leftover food from meetings for you to eat.

      Cons

      Not a lot of communication between departments. A lot of us vs them. TECSYS uses their own framework which doesn't help if you want to go work somewhere else after. Not a lot of room for promotions.

      A sense of "family" values in terms of the enthusiasm, respect and cooperation that employees show each other and customers/prospects.

      Cons

      After 4 years, no "cons" to write of.
