Pros

👎👎👎 No words for pros.

Cons

I still remember September 2020. I was a fresh graduate and was searching for a job. My interview was scheduled online due to COVID-19. Kiran[CEO] had started asking me infrequent questions about the QA field where I was giving the interview on QA role. I still remember that at the final round I attended all the questions very nicely as per my fresher's level of knowledge. After that he[Kiran] asked "Will you do a job for Techstub, if we don't pay you a rupee??" I answered - "I am searching a job for money, I will leave the desk if you stop my compensation." He replied - "Hhahahaa, Well perfect." It had a 1.5 hours the interview was started and I was very frustrated. At the end he[Kiran - CEO] asked me - "Why should I hire you??" I answered smarty - "I gave you such a satisfactory answers of your questions and after such a long session of interview if you didn't recognised me then you should not waste your time after me." After my answer his ego was hurting bery well and He replied - " Okay I am done with the interview our HR will contact you soon." It's been a 4 years still I have not received call/email/message from his HR. 😂😂😂 Well, I shared my experience with the Techstub after all I got placed at reputed MNC.

Pros

The work environment is good.

Cons

Over the past two to three years, the company significantly increased its workforce. However, due to a lack of available projects, they are now conducting layoffs. This situation raises concerns about the company's hiring practices and its treatment of employees. It appears that the company may have overhired, leading to this unfortunate outcome. Furthermore, the decision to lay off employees during a recession, particularly those who have worked hard for the company, demonstrates a lack of consideration for their well-being. This action also contradicts the promises of growth and stability that were likely made to these employees during the hiring process.
