      Pros

      Off on 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday along with Sundays and Holidays. Friendly and supportive staff and management. Office timing is good, i.e. 8 hours working no overtime. Yearly performance based hike. No targets and work pressure. Professional work environment and work culture. You get to learn many things, because of the nature of job.

      Cons

      Because the work is related to education, so sometimes, it becomes monotonous.
