      Pay was great (monthly), free training on BI Tools.

      Cons

      Horrible communication from top management. Un-organized. HR team can not find projects for consultants. The whole experience makes me never want to work for a small company again.

      lacks any visible processes. most people are working with legacy mindset, staff augmentation is their way of business. Sales people - run away
