      Pros

      One of the finest companies in India. Whoever wants to start their career in BIM industry, this will be the best place for you. You will get to work in multiple projects with multiple tools. I have had very good experience being there. Highly recommend experienced Engineers as well as freshers.

      There are alot more pros than cons. So no need to share cons. Every company has pros and cons though.

      Salary on time but deduct salary based on work day day like in month 21 days are their their calculation is based on salary/21 per day salary will be deducted.

      Sr. Have insecurity they will create trobles and represent lower employess to higher managemnet tgey don't know anything just fire them based on their review they fire emplyoee on same day without any notice period don't join salary increment to only peoples who are more likely or persanal servant to Sr..
