      Huge opportunities to grow and own major work streams- as a smaller team, there’s lots of space to step up and grow into roles quickly that might take years in a larger company

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
