      Pros

      Some of the best people within the company that I ever met. Techstars is all about the people. And doing work that is really adding value and doing good in the world.

      Cons

      There can be a difficulty switching off and taking time out. Overworking seems to be rewarded, but that is the case in many tech companies not just Techstars.

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
