      Pros

      Company is great. Communication relative to bonuses is great. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Communication on raises and cost of living adjustments is non existent. Their HR dept seems so far away and not super communicative with the employees.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
