      Pros

      Although the intern program was unpaid, it has been a fantastic experience. The MD is a phenomenal leader who cares about the founders and the program team. Also, the accelerator is designed to promote work-life balance and engagement between founders and the program team.

      Cons

      Working virtually can be draining.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
