      Pros

      Lots of really incredible colleagues to work with and learn from. Entrepreneurial environment, with lots of flexibility and opportunities to tackle new challenges. Global organization, so lots of exposure to different cultural perspectives and working styles.

      Cons

      Highly distributed org for its size, so communication can sometimes be challenging and you need to be very comfortable with a culture that embraces video calls and other means of connecting that aren't always in-person.

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
