Decent small company - Instructional Systems Designer Techsoft Employee Review

Amazing culture and the people are so personable.

Can't think of anything currently.

Good people to work with. They do do a lot of parties for their employees.

They don't promote from within. They don't even let employees know when a position within the comany is opening. They didn't care about contract employees working conditions. Out of sight out of mind. When my contract was coming to an end they didn't seem to care that I was going to be out of work and didn't have any urgency about finding a new contract for me. The people they kept at the end of the contract had been there less time than me so loyalty to the company and time at the company is not rewarded.
