Good for Freshers to grow - CRM Executive Techsense Labs Employee Review

No significant positives observed during my time at the company.

No structured training program; employees are expected to learn and deliver without proper guidance. Unrealistic work expectations, with pressure to perform under any circumstances. Very poor job security, especially for freshers, with risk of sudden termination without clear reason. Salary is significantly low compared to industry standards, despite full-time (9-hour) work demands.

-The work environment is very fine since its a startup -No boundations, just expects result-oriented candidates - Flexible working hours - Sat Sun fixed off - work pressure is fine. - In case of emergency you have an option for work from home - NO BOND (a big plus for Freshers)

- Location is noida sec 63, G Block - Since its a startup, so low salary.
