-Easy to maintain work-life balance since internship is remote -Job responsibilities are specific, so interns always know what to do and what is expected of them -Great way to boost communication and outreach skills as well as enhance professional development via LinkedIn -Management is very communicative and wants us to succeed, especially since they frequently try to change sales strategies to be more effective
Cons
-Internship can get redundant rather quickly, so sometimes I lose motivation (sometimes feels like spamming emails) -Not a lot of opportunities to have additional intern responsibilities beyond the initial responsibilities provided
