Small Company, Big Benefits - Operations Specialist Techport Thirteen Employee Review

Techport Thirteen is a relatively small company with a very personal and intimate office environment. The leadership creates an atmosphere that promotes professional growth but also understands that not everyone learns at the same pace. The employees at Techport Thirteen consist of a close-knit community of friends rather than a group of coworkers. From the day I started, the members of Techport Thirteen were very friendly and inclusive. They made an effort to get to know me and build a relationship that went beyond work and the office. Though Techport emphasizes relationships and a fun, friendly work environment, they do not let their duties as an IT Services Consulting company fall short. Techport promotes the highest standards and best practices when it comes to ServiceNow and business in general.

The flexibility and fun aspect of the company could present the opportunity for idleness and requires employees to have self-discipline.

It is a small company that works with a lot of big companies so you get to walk both sides of the corporate world. It is a company that is based on it's employees and there self motivation to succeed, to take on challenges, and there eagerness to learn. The harder you work here the better your results will be and in the end the more fun you will ultimately have. Your effort here never goes unnoticed or unappreciated, you don't get lost in the corporate fog like you will in larger companies. Techport also encourages a very friendly open atmosphere we work hard but we play hard too, 3 words: Company ski trip. They do other stuff to but that has got to be my favorite.
