      Positive and fun working environment Collaborative culture, teammates are ready to help each other irrespective of the roles and profiles New ideas are being appreciated and implemented Management has kept transparency for employees New policies and benefits are being provided

      As the company is growing rapidly, a lot of changes are being brought so can't pin point the cons. Although, the leave policy needs to be updated, it would be very beneficial for the employees.

      Pros

      Techpins is a nice place since there is no micro-management so one can do his/her work with a free mindset and can explore for much better ideas. Helpful and friendly colleagues, excellent management and day to day fun activities make it convenient workplace.
