I'm not happy with overall company culture and what they said and what really was - Senior Software Engineer Technource Employee Review

- Saturday Sunday off (officially only) - Songs are playing in background - Celerations (to post pictures on social media)

No flexible timing at all. If u had to left late at around 10 pm .Nextday, You must come at 9 am (as per office time) else HR will point you. Which company DIRECTOR adds fake reviews for their own company....it just for marketing. If you do your best and give your 100% efforts, then also you are always under too much workload and presurre 🔥. Even for your small mistake or delay in overloaded work, they will scold you and will insult you. No coding standards are followed. No code review. You have to work like a DONKEY. Wheather You understood or not. Just give the work. You have to give update every 1 hour. If u forgot to give or forgot to fill up their so called tool management then you will have to hear so much of yelling and have to face insults by CEO. Why they need on REMINDER PERSON for your work to remind. For them, it seems like employees dont have memory power. I really don't understand those things. It just like someone​ hammering on your head in between your work. its totally frustrating and unproductive. Why they don't hire project manager to manage projects. If you want your growth then you are at wrong place. If you want to work like DONKEY then this a place for you. There is no value for your knowledge and your talent. they need their so called management person out of you... which is really poor. You are not allowed to talk to other employees. Poor communication and No transparency. REALLY NO STANDARDS.

I have been working with Technource since Three long years ... And I come up with some of the notable things as I mentioned below : 1) Policy: Technource is having one of the best policies I've come across in my career like, - 5 days working - Flexibility in timings - Work from Home - Holiday & casual leaves Also it has flexible notice period - did not want to mentioned about it but Technource never tied employment forcefully. It has great appraisal policy too. 2) Work Environment: - Open & friendly work culture makes Technource unique from other IT firms. Technource is not only about coding & programming language, but it provides free atmosphere to show inner and hidden talents like leadership, management, etc with the help of different and innovative employee engagement activities. - Superb combination between Seniors and Juniors. They work together as a team and I never have come across with any grievances and I think that makes Technource more productive. 3) Salary and other benefits: - Best in the industry as always but I also have seen good hike as per the technical and management skills more often. Incentives, performance bonus, appreciation of work & other perks are the feathers on a cap.

Since I have been working in this company, I've not found any demerits about Technource.
