Background music. Salary on time. Good colleagues.

Here is a truth of the company. All five start reviews and ratings added by company own. Fake commitment to employee while joining. ex. wrong total strength and increment policy. Every time they follow their own benefits. Employees are slave to company and you need to work on 3-4 projects at a time. From first day you have task, you does not given time to understand company environment and their software. If you take leave on within a week, you are forced to come on Saturday. You can not take leave more then two or three while there are festival though you have strong reason. CEO nature is not good. Don't know why every time he wrote like a hell. First Soft skill class needed for CEO. You can not talk to your colleagues while in office. Not Friendly environment. CEO always try to show that you are noting and based on that you will not get increment properly. Everything you need to work forcefully by CEO. Now CEO will try to cover this review by adding more 4 or 5 star review after this from their employee. Guys be aware and think twice before joining this company.

The way this person writes review it is clear that he/she is trying to use this platform to fulfill his/her dream of malign this company by providing bad reviews times and again. It shows one dissatisfied person who was not a part of the development team ever is writing these reviews as he /she does not know the fact that I (CEO) do not look after day to day development activities and do not assign any task or instruct any developer. I am sorry that I could not make that person satisfied while he/she was there in the company but happy as well for the fact that the number of dissatisfied is only one.

- Saturday Sunday off (officially only) - Songs are playing in background - Celerations (to post pictures on social media)

No flexible timing at all. If u had to left late at around 10 pm .Nextday, You must come at 9 am (as per office time) else HR will point you. Which company DIRECTOR adds fake reviews for their own company....it just for marketing. If you do your best and give your 100% efforts, then also you are always under too much workload and presurre 🔥. Even for your small mistake or delay in overloaded work, they will scold you and will insult you. No coding standards are followed. No code review. You have to work like a DONKEY. Wheather You understood or not. Just give the work. You have to give update every 1 hour. If u forgot to give or forgot to fill up their so called tool management then you will have to hear so much of yelling and have to face insults by CEO. Why they need on REMINDER PERSON for your work to remind. For them, it seems like employees dont have memory power. I really don't understand those things. It just like someone​ hammering on your head in between your work. its totally frustrating and unproductive. Why they don't hire project manager to manage projects. If you want your growth then you are at wrong place. If you want to work like DONKEY then this a place for you. There is no value for your knowledge and your talent. they need their so called management person out of you... which is really poor. You are not allowed to talk to other employees. Poor communication and No transparency. REALLY NO STANDARDS.

This Review is not Genuine. Let me explain why so - Saturday Sunday off (officially only) Technource Reply : If at any day we have called anyone on Sat or Sun then we have paid that person. And When there is something urgent or incomplete then many companies arrange Sat or Sun as working but that is only sometime. - Songs are playing in background Technource Reply: Songs always play in Background we cant play them loud because we are a Company NOT CLUB. - Celerations (to post pictures on social media) Technource Reply : When someone does not involve in that celebration then he/she think that it is only for social media but We are sorry we cant do anything in this topic because you should do organisation contribution better. - About work load & Overtime Technource Reply : This is not the case with Technource sorry we dont agree on it. -Why they need on REMINDER PERSON for your work to remind. Technource Reply : Because if you will not manage your things properly we as a company cant ignore that so we believe in Teaching those things and no company do this other company directly call you in meeting room and give punishment. You should thankful to Technource that they even take of your such mistakes and correct by them self. -Why they don't hire project manager to manage projects. Technource Reply : Every company does not have PM it depends when they feel they should hire PM or PC or DM. Now About Knowledge , Technource is full of that. In our company the x years experienced person is equal to 2x in market. It seems like someone else has submitted this review. Because if you have really worked in Technource then you would have not written this. Thanks
