No any pros about this company I suggest to do not go there any where else you serve less then 5000 thousand. But do not join technosys
Cons
Management treated as labour for employees. Total bad experience. If you give your best then all the work burden given to you but not pay salary according to work . And if you give resignation the managment treated as you have the enamy of his and if god with you then your experience latter give another experience not given

No work life balance. HR Policy is volatile. Senior Management is not helpful. MD constantly roams on the floor & if any work is assigned he incessantly asks status every time. Tight deadlines for projects & demos Weekend support is always needed as requirement changes at runtime. Salary slips are not provided.
